El Corazon de Santa Fe #66 is a conveniently located ground level condominium just three blocks from the historic Santa Fe Plaza and only one block from the Santa Fe Convention Center. It is easily accessible with accommodations for our ADA guests as well as those who wish to enjoy the many benefits of condo living in the heart of Santa Fe. Further, it is walkable to all downtown galleries, museums and restaurants are just an easy stroll from this gated community. Canyon Road is 0.9 miles, a 5 minute drive or easy walk. The Opera is a 10 minute drive, casinos 15 minutes, Santa Fe ski area 20-30 minutes, and Taos 90 minutes.

This luxuriously appointed one bedroom unit with traditionally styled Santa Fe Pueblo architecture welcomes guests into a comfortable living and dining area with a kiva fireplace, dining table with seating for 6, comfortable sleeper-sofa, large screen TV, and French doors opening onto a private courtyard.

A fully equipped kitchen with top of the line stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, gourmet cookware, dishes and glassware are available for any occasion.

The master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, and a spacious walk-in closet with washer and dryer. The master bath has a large, floor level walk-in shower with multiple safety and accessibility accommodations.

A separate half bath and adjacent office space completes the functionality and convenience of this home. A third large screen TV, desk, office chair, and love seat sofa create a comfortable space for a bit of extra privacy. The entire unit is a high speed WiFi zone with cable television. Forced air heating and air conditioning complete your comfort.

The unit is a just a few steps away from the clubhouse at El Corazon de Santa Fe which offers a lounge area, fitness center, viewing terrace, outdoor patio, fire pit, comfortable seating area, fountains, and a large gas grill.     The condo and management of the unit were terrific. The only compliant is the parking situation at El Corazon. We had access to the underground parking garage, however there was no designated parking space there; odd given that all units at El Corazon have a parking space included in that garage as part of the condo association. Above grade parking at the main entrance was very confusing and tricky due to all of the "EC" and "RC"restrictions and designations, and the staff at the front desk were not helpful at all - the standard response was "I can't answer that." I understand that the unit we rented is privately owned, and not managed/rented by Fairmont, however a little bit of working together as a team would make all of the difference. Santa Fe properties, though, was excellent. And the unit was terrific.

    This was our second one week stay at El Corazon De Santa Fe #66 this year. It is one of the most lovely rentals we have ever stayed at - anywhere. The furniture and amenities are high quality; it has everything you need (no skimping); it is immaculate; management is highly responsive; and there is access to fitness center in the clubhouse. Couldn't ask for anything more! And within easy walking distance to the Plaza.

    Nice little place, very well located. Resident neighbors very graciously included us in their activities, and the Fairmont Concierge staff treated us just like one of their own clients. Small room with work area allowed complete remote connectivity and printers and scanners in Concierge office made uninterrupted work flow possible. Great staff, great neighbors.

    Excellent location to visit all that Santa Fe has to offer. The clubhouse gym was a plus. The property is exceedingly above average and the staff highly accommodating. The nearby Clafoutis french bakery a must do. The International Folk Art Market and the Traditional Spanish Market made the July visit especially memorable. Highly recommended.
