Such a beautiful space, inside and out. Well stocked with basic supplies including coffee. We walked to the main areas downtown with ease and sat outside on the gorgeous patio every day.

Two of my adult daughters and myself spent a wonderful long weekend in Santa Fe, NM. From the moment we walked in the door of Sunset Villa we loved it. As we explored, we were even more impressed. The space was perfect with each of us having our own bedroom and en suite bath. The beds were super comfortable. The decor was absolutely lovely - we kept commenting on the art work, the pottery, and all the other little touches that made us feel like we were staying in someone's beautifully decorated home. The kitchen was well supplied - there was nothing we would have wanted that was not supplied. The outdoor area was beautifully maintained and a great place to have coffee in the mornings. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience. It provided us a great location and beautiful home from which to explore Santa Fe and the surrounding area.

Great location to walk everywhere, pictures of listing are accurate, and everything we could have wanted was provided (even paper products!). Rental company was easy to deal with and prompt to answer questions. Perfect vacation from start to finish!

Lovely condo about half mile from the plaza. Everything was clean and the condo was well stocked for anything you might need during your stay! Very nice that is a 3 bedroom with three connected full baths for each room. Would definitely rent again.

We had a wonderful stay in Sante Fe at Sunset Villa. It was a great location, close to shops and restaurants, wonderfully furnished, and had a nice supply of things like coffee and tee and some other staples. The only issue we had was with the sink in the bathroom adjoining the bedroom that is on street level. The sink would not drain so the user of that bedroom/bathroom had to go up to the kitchen and use the sink in there.

This property is so lovely, from the art work to the design of the home! Every room is so well thought out. A fully stocked kitchen, great towels and bedding! Will stay here again!

This was the Betsy rental property I have stayed in! They had everything you needed there for you which was great! No stopping for coffee and fixings before you get there. It was beautifully decorated and super clean! Comfortable beds and loves the outdoor patio with fireplace! Would move in in a heartbeat. Highly recommend and want to come back!

We stayed at a townhouse unit on Sunset St that was absolutely delightful! Before we walked inside the gracious front door, lights were left on and thoughtful instructions for making our 5 nights in the home perfect. The decor and the home itself were top quality. We lacked for nothing - paper towels, toilet paper, tissue, soap, cleaning products, etc. As a party of 4, we had so much space to spread out and relax. My favorite spot was either outside on the patio listening to the birds, or curled up on the couch reading a book. On our last day we were treated to a thunderstorm and rain --- it became the official Nap Day! Thank you for making our visit to Santa Fe extra special!

We loved our time here. The home was spacious, beautifully decorated, the kitchen had everything we needed and the location was within walking distance from the town square.

Lovely place near the plaza. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 teens. The kitchen was very well equipped. We enjoyed lunch on the patio!

This charming home was met all our expectations.
Easy walk to The Plaza and all the shops, restaurants and museums. Walking into the home and seeing charming Santa Fe decor knocked us over. Beds were comfy. The various outdoor spaces were enjoyed for coffee and cocktails. Property management responded expeditiously when contacted for questions and needs.

This house is a gift. Beautifully appointed with everything thoroughly thought out. Easy access to town.....just a short walk to the Plaza. Every room is comfortable with a unique design and stunning art. Hat’s off to the cleaning people. The house was spotless.

This property was four stars all the way! Everything about it was incredible. The cleanliness, the decor, the amenities, the location, etc. We have never felt so comfortable in a rental as we did at the Sunset Villa. If we return to the Santa Fe area we will 100% stay here again.

This townhome had everything you could possibly want in a Vacation rental!
Great location, spacious and beautifully decorated rooms, super comfortable beds, an incredibly well stocked kitchen, etc. I can’t say enough positive adjectives to describe this property. A winner by any standards! You will love this townhome and have a wonderful experience.

Beautifully appointed condo. Every detail of decorating was thoughtful and interesting to view - museum quality art everywhere.

Kitchen is fully appointed from cloth napkins and place mats to cookware and dining and glass ware. We made several dinners w no problems and breakfast each day.

Living and patio areas provided plenty of space to spread out and read, relax and enjoy some down time.

Bedrooms- All mattresses and linen comfortable and excellent quality.
Large King Master Suite downstairs has more physical space but less spacious bathroom. Morning light does come in the high story windows as not all windows have shades,
Upstairs King Master suite is cozy and dark. Separate Large bath and closet area. Private patio
Upstairs Queen suite was also comfortable for a couple and nicer bath than downstairs. Private patio

The villa was perfectly and beautifully appointed, down to every detail one might need ie: including kitchen and bathroom amenities. Villa is conveniently located near the Plaza, Sprouts market and CVS pharmacy!

We really enjoyed the Sunset Villa. It was fully stocked with TP, paper towels, dish washing detergent, plenty of towels, etc. It was SO clean and it was just gorgeous! It was about a 10 minute walk to the Plaza, so the location was great too. It was just so peaceful, and all of the furnishings were so comfortable. We LOVED this rental!

This home was truly one of the nicest, most well appointed rentals we have stayed at. They have thought of everything. We were three friends meeting for a girls trip and we had so much space for private time as well as time together. The outdoor space was perfect and abundant, the living room was super comfortable, and the beds were beautifully made up and allowed for a great night’s sleep! We will return!!

This is a spacious, well decorated condo. Everything was in great shape and very comfortable. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely book again.

We've stayed in vacation rentals for many years in many cities both in the U.S. and Europe. I'd say this place was just about perfect. Very tastefully furnished and completely stocked with just about anything we would need and everything was spotless and seemed brand new. The bedding was A1 with great feeling cotton sheets and comforters and excellent snowy white soft towels. The beds were super comfy. The kitchen had every imaginable appliance, large & small. There is a lovely outdoor patio space which we didn't use too much as it was winter and very cold but it was nice to have it there. The location was great being just a very few minutes from the center of town. The check in and out was easy and we never needed to contact the property management. This place is a gem. Can't reccommend it more highly.

We had an amazing time staying in this lovely, well supplied and very comfortable rental. The location was close to everything, yet felt like a nice escape from the crowds on the plaza. The house was nicely decorated, the bathrooms had upscale supplies and most of all the beds were extremely comfortable! The kitchen was fully stocked with supplies to make it feel like home. My only comment would be to have a real coffee machine and grinder instead of a keurig, however I am a coffee snob and always travel with my own coffee beans (I know that is not the majority of your guests). Wonderful accommodations and helpful management.

Everything was fantastic. Location was great, property was clean. I would absolutely recommend this property to others. We enjoyed walks to the plaza and longer treks to Canyon Road. Mostly ate in since we were blessed with the presence of a 15 month old.

We rented Sunset Villa for a week at the end of October. The property was perfect for two couples but could easily accommodate three couples or a large family. Easy walk to town. The property was spotless and had an incredibly well outfitted kitchen. Great directions and easy check in and check out. Our stay could not have been better.

Sunset Villa was a perfect place for a great getaway. The home is immaculate and beautifully appointed. The bedrooms are very spacious and comfortable. And the outdoor patio is a great gathering space. The location is perfect. Close to everything.
